1. Who we are

This website and the "Elio Studio Publisher" application are operated by Zdenko Kováč, Bratislava, Slovakia ("we", "us"), trading as Elio Castellan Studio. Contact: hello@eliocastellan.com.

2. What Elio Castellan is

Elio Castellan is a fictional, AI-generated character. Images, videos and texts published under his name are created with generative AI tools and reviewed by a human before publication. Any resemblance to real persons is unintended. Elio does not endorse any product unless a post is clearly marked as a paid partnership.

3. The Elio Studio Publisher application

Elio Studio Publisher is an internal tool. It publishes content created by Elio Castellan Studio to social media accounts owned by Elio Castellan Studio (Instagram @elio.castellan and TikTok @elio.castellan), and reads basic performance statistics of those accounts. It is not offered to the public and does not access accounts belonging to anyone else.

Use of Instagram and TikTok through the application is also subject to the terms of those platforms.

4. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, content on this website and on Elio's social media accounts belongs to Elio Castellan Studio. You may share links to it. You may not reproduce it commercially, or present the character as a real person, without our written permission.

5. No warranty

Content is provided for inspiration and entertainment. Style, travel and product information may be incomplete or out of date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this content.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
