This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this domain. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The Elio Studio Publisher application

The application only connects to accounts owned by Elio Castellan Studio. It processes:

• access tokens for those accounts, stored as encrypted secrets and used only to publish posts and read their statistics;
• basic profile information of those accounts (account ID and username);
• aggregated post statistics (such as reach, likes, saves and shares) used to plan future content.

The application does not collect, store or process personal data of other TikTok or Instagram users, does not read private messages, and does not sell or share data with third parties. Media files are stored with Cloudflare R2.

Emails

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed, at the latest after two years.

Legal basis and retention

We process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating this website and our own social media accounts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Tokens and statistics are kept while the accounts are active and deleted when the application is disconnected.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

Data deletion

To request deletion of any data related to you, email hello@eliocastellan.com with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm deletion within 30 days.
